ML6 started in 2019 with one truck and one city: Worcester. Marcel took the moves, Jessica took everything else, and the first customers came the way the best ones still do, someone telling a friend "call these two, they take care of your stuff."

There was no marketing budget and no shortcut. There were early mornings, long drives, and furniture carried down triple-decker staircases in the snow. Seven years later the company that began as a couple with a truck has moved families across Massachusetts and into 48 states, still growing on the same fuel: word of mouth, much of it inside the Brazilian community that trusted us first.

The math never changed. Every move is somebody's whole life packed into boxes, and the only way to keep earning referrals is to treat it that way, every single time.

We never sat down and designed a service catalog. Customers built it for us. Mid-move, someone would ask: "since you're here, could you put the bed together?" Or "could you take the old couch with you?" Or "any chance you could clean the apartment before I return the keys?"

We kept saying yes, and eventually the yes became official: moving, long distance, junk removal, furniture assembly, car and equipment transport, cargo delivery, and move-out cleaning. One crew, one quote, so the most stressful week of the year needs one phone number instead of five.
