Residential Movers in Worcester & MetroWest: Careful, Owner-Led Moves
Homes, apartments, and condos. Local or long distance. The owners load your furniture themselves, so nothing gets treated like cargo.

ML6 runs local moves across Worcester County and MetroWest, and long distance moves when the new address is out of state. Either way you book one company, get one upfront quote, and deal with one family from the first box to the last.
The difference is who shows up. This is not a rotating cast of day labor: the owners are on the truck, and the person who quoted your move is the one carrying your furniture through the door.
Every Move Comes With the Full Treatment
Loading & Unloading
Careful loading at the old place, careful placement at the new one. The last box goes down where you want it, not by the door.
Furniture Protection
Blankets, wrap, and padding on furniture and doorways, so your dresser and your walls both survive the trip.
Disassembly & Reassembly
Beds, tables, and bulky pieces come apart at the old place and go back together at the new one.
Stairs & Tight Access
Third-floor walkups, narrow hallways, tricky corners. We measure, plan the path, and take our time.
Same Crew, Any Distance
Local Moving
Worcester, Framingham, Shrewsbury, Marlborough, Westborough, and the rest of Worcester County and MetroWest. Quoted upfront from your item list, scheduled around your lease or closing.
Long Distance Moving
Headed out of Massachusetts? We run long distance moves to 48 states, door to door, with the same care as a move across town.

The More We Know, the Tighter Your Quote
A good moving quote starts with good information. When you reach out, tell us the size of the home, which floor it is on, whether there are stairs or an elevator, any extra stops, and any oversized or extra-heavy pieces.
A quick photo set by WhatsApp works too. We build the number from what is actually moving, so there are no surprises on moving day.
No surprises on moving day. The price you approve is the plan we show up with.
Four Steps From Quote to Moved In
- 1
Get your upfront quote
Send your item list or photos by form, phone, or WhatsApp and get a clear number before anything is booked.
- 2
Confirm your date
We schedule around your closing, lease end, or work week. End-of-month weekends fill first, so book those early.
- 3
Move day, owners on site
Furniture wrapped, truck loaded, everything placed at the new address. The owners work the job themselves.

Final walkthrough
We walk both places with you before we leave: nothing left behind, nothing out of place.
Add It to the Same Truck
Most moves come with leftovers: the couch that does not fit, the bed that needs rebuilding, the empty place that needs cleaning. One crew handles all of it.
Junk Removal
Old couch doesn't fit the new place? It leaves on the same truck.
See Junk RemovalFurniture Assembly
Disassembly at the old place, reassembly at the new one, and flat-pack builds for whatever is new.

Hand the keys over clean and deposit-ready, without coming back with a mop.

Residential Moving Questions, Straight Answers
A binding estimate locks the price for the inventory you listed; a non-binding estimate can change after the move based on actual weight or time. ML6 quotes upfront from your real item list, and if the scope changes we tell you before the truck rolls, not after.
Look for a real local presence, a written upfront quote, and a straight answer to one question: who actually shows up on move day? At ML6 the answer is the owners. The person who quotes your move is the person carrying your furniture.
Mainly by the size of the home, how much is moving, and the access: stairs, elevators, walk distance, extra stops. Extras like junk removal or assembly are added to the same quote. Send a list or photos and you get your number before you commit to anything.
One to two weeks ahead is ideal, and end-of-month weekends fill fastest. On short notice, reach out anyway: as a family-run crew we can often fit same-week jobs when the schedule allows.
We run moves Monday through Saturday. Saturdays and end-of-month dates are the first to fill, so if your move depends on a weekend, book as early as you can.
Like most movers, we cannot transport hazardous materials such as propane tanks, gasoline, and chemicals. If you have anything unusual, oversized, or extra heavy, flag it when you ask for your quote so we plan for it properly.
