The cleaning covers dust, fine debris, and surfaces. Larger leftovers like lumber, drywall sheets, and packaging are a junk removal job, and we can do both in the same visit so the room goes from job site to finished space at once.
Right after the place is empty, ideally the same day the truck leaves. That way nothing gets dirtied again before the walkthrough, and you only hand over the keys once.
